Help legal review start with a clear factual record rather than a collection of scattered links.

Organize the facts, documents and chronology for qualified counsel when legal review is appropriate.

Atlantic Image Defense LLC keeps the process factual and proportionate. We organize the material available so creators can assess the strength of their file before deciding what to do next.

What this service includes

Case summary, evidence index, chronology and supporting documents. Each matter is reviewed against the evidence and context available.

Why it matters

A well-prepared file reduces uncertainty, helps avoid unnecessary claims and supports clearer, more professional communication with platforms, users or counsel.

Next step

Send the image reference, suspected URL and any available source or licence information. We review the material before recommending any action.

Counsel-ready factual handoff

A legal file should reduce factual reconstruction without pretending to replace legal analysis

When qualified counsel becomes necessary, Atlantic can organize the factual and technical record so the lawyer can evaluate ownership, jurisdiction, claims, defences, remedies, procedure and strategy. The handoff is a preparation layer, not a legal opinion.

What the handoff should contain

The file should identify the client or rightsholder, the authority to act, the work, publication history, registrations if any, observed uses, relevant URLs, evidence collection history, licence research, communications, recipient responses, deadlines and unresolved factual issues.

A concise executive summary should link to the underlying documents rather than substitute for them.

02

Registration and remedy questions

For U.S. copyright matters, registration status and timing can affect litigation procedure and the availability of statutory damages and attorney’s fees. Counsel should verify the registration record, claimant, effective date, work coverage and timing of the alleged conduct.

Atlantic should not promise particular damages, fees or standing based solely on a registration number.

03

Privilege and confidentiality

Information sent to Atlantic is handled under Atlantic’s documented confidentiality and case-governance controls. Where qualified counsel is engaged, any applicable attorney-client privilege and counsel-directed confidentiality follow the parties, purpose, jurisdiction and engagement terms.

Sensitive material should be minimized, access-controlled and shared only with authorized recipients.

04

Litigation holds and lawful process

Once litigation is reasonably anticipated, counsel may advise preservation obligations. Atlantic can preserve designated records and suspend routine deletion when instructed, but legal-hold scope should be determined by qualified counsel.

The company should respond appropriately to valid subpoenas, court orders and governmental requests while protecting confidentiality and asserting lawful objections where available.

Legal and institutional references

These links point to official or institutional sources. Their inclusion does not mean that every text applies to every matter.

Atlantic administers rights, evidence and case-resolution workflows under documented authority. Judicial remedies and compulsory measures are pursued through competent authorities and qualified counsel where applicable.
