Case intake

Send the initial information needed
for a responsible review of image use

Before submitting

Before submitting, gather the suspected URL, your original image or publication reference, any stock-platform record, licence information, screenshots and the date on which you discovered the use.

No files selected
Up to 10 files: PDF, JPG, PNG or WEBP. Maximum 5 MB per file and 15 MB total. Attachments help us review the case, but on their own they do not establish ownership or infringement.

You may also write directly to contact@atlantic-image-defense.com for general inquiries, or to copyright@atlantic-image-defense.com for copyright-related matters, image ownership claims, unauthorized use reports, or rights verification requests.

Responsible case intake

A complete case submission begins with documented authority, protected-work records and precise observed-use evidence

The intake form establishes the information required for initial authority, protected-work, evidence and conflict review before the matter is classified for case administration.

  1. 01Identify requester
  2. 02Identify work
  3. 03Explain authority
  4. 04Provide observed URL
  5. 05Attach records
  6. 06Declare accuracy
01

Minimum requester record

Provide accurate identity and contact information, relationship to the work and authority to act. Representatives should identify the rightsholder and provide the mandate, assignment, agency or estate record where applicable.

Pseudonyms and professional names can be recorded, but the underlying authority may still require confidential verification.

02

Minimum work record

Provide the original or best available source, internal or platform identifiers, creation or first-publication information, contributor records, registrations if any and known licensing history.

Do not alter metadata or manufacture documentation to strengthen a submission.

03

Observed use

Provide the full URL, discovery date, visible context, screenshots and an explanation of why the use appears outside known authorization. Identify uncertainty, prior contacts and any urgent risk of disappearance.

Multiple unrelated URLs should be organized rather than pasted without explanation.

04

Validation and next steps

The submitted record is reviewed for authority, completeness, conflicts, evidence quality and scope before the matter is accepted, returned for additional documentation or otherwise classified.

Consequential external communication follows the required documented human approval.
