Contact routing

Send the minimum information to the correct channel and avoid exposing sensitive material by ordinary email

Atlantic separates general contact, structured case submission, secure recipient responses, privacy requests and professional inquiries. The fastest route is the one designed for the request type.

  1. 01General question
  2. 02Structured case
  3. 03Recipient response
  4. 04Privacy request
  5. 05Professional request
01

Use the correct channel

Suspected image use should begin through Submit a Case. Identity impersonation, lawyer and media requests belong in the Request Center. A recipient with a private code should use Case Access. Privacy rights should use the dedicated rights route.

General email should not be used as a substitute for a structured submission where mandatory records and declarations are required.

02

What not to send by ordinary email

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card data, banking credentials, unrelated government identifiers, medical records or large archives containing third-party personal data.

Where sensitive records are necessary, Atlantic should provide or direct the sender to an approved secure method.

03

Response expectations

A delivery acknowledgment is not a promise of case acceptance or a legal response. Requests may require identity verification, conflict review, completeness checks and internal assignment.

Urgent legal deadlines should be clearly stated, but Atlantic cannot guarantee that an unsolicited message creates notice or preserves a right.

04

Professional conduct

Communications should be factual and respectful. Threats, harassment, impersonation, malware, fraudulent documents and attempts to gain unauthorized access may be rejected, preserved and reported as appropriate.

Atlantic may archive abusive or irrelevant messages while preserving records required for security or legal purposes.
