Transparent trial and subscription rules

Starter is activated immediately and remains free. Professional and Enterprise can be tested for the period shown on each card. During a paid-plan trial, the workspace cannot upload more images than the Starter limit. Activating the selected monthly or annual subscription unlocks the full plan quota. If no payment is validated before the trial ends, the workspace returns automatically to Starter without deleting its images, cases or records. Atlantic Image Defense never stores card numbers or security codes.

Select the documents you will provide. After acceptance, download the personalized PDF, sign it and upload it with the selected evidence through the secure Legal Center.

For an individual creator or direct rights holder Select at least one reliable item supporting creation or ownership.
For a rights-holding company Provide both evidence of the company’s rights and evidence that the signatory may act for it.
For an authorized representative A signed mandate is mandatory. Add any available document supporting the underlying rights.
Verification remains pending

Acceptance records your declaration but does not mean that Atlantic has independently verified ownership or authority. Formal or sensitive action may be paused until the signed PDF and supporting evidence have been reviewed.

55% contributor share

Unless another signed agreement applies, the contributor receives 55% of net proceeds actually received and finally verified for eligible images. Net proceeds may exclude taxes, payment fees, refunds, chargebacks and approved external, partner or legal costs. No contributor payment is due before final receipt and verification.
