Existing case Keep case records together

If you have a case reference and private access code, use the secure case portal for case-specific documents and responses.

  • Use the portal for licence evidence, factual corrections and case-specific responses.
  • Keep the case reference with related correspondence so records remain associated.
  • The case reference alone does not open the private portal; the separate access code is required.

Use the channel that matches your request

A clear route helps keep general inquiries and case-specific records properly separated.

Choose the right address

Use the dedicated contact, copyright, privacy or security address shown above according to the subject of your request.

Share only what is relevant

Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information by email.

Use the secure portal for a case

When portal access has been issued, use it for licence evidence, factual corrections and responses concerning that case.

Contact routing

Send the minimum information to the correct channel and avoid exposing sensitive material by ordinary email

Atlantic separates general contact, structured case submission, secure recipient responses, privacy requests and professional inquiries. The fastest route is the one designed for the request type.

  1. 01General question
  2. 02Structured case
  3. 03Recipient response
  4. 04Privacy request
  5. 05Professional request
01

Use the correct channel

Suspected image use should begin through Submit a Case. Identity impersonation, lawyer and media requests belong in the Request Center. A recipient with a private code should use Case Access. Privacy rights should use the dedicated rights route.

General email should not be used as a substitute for a structured submission where mandatory records and declarations are required.

02

What not to send by ordinary email

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card data, banking credentials, unrelated government identifiers, medical records or large archives containing third-party personal data.

Where sensitive records are necessary, Atlantic indicates an approved secure method of transmission.

03

Response expectations

A delivery acknowledgment is not a promise of case acceptance or a legal response. Requests may require identity verification, conflict review, completeness checks and internal assignment.

Urgent legal deadlines should be clearly identified and handled through the jurisdiction-specific service, filing or counsel route required to preserve the relevant right; general contact messages remain part of the documented case communication record.

04

Professional conduct

Communications should be factual and respectful. Threats, harassment, impersonation, malware, fraudulent documents and attempts to gain unauthorized access may be rejected, preserved and reported as appropriate.

Atlantic may archive abusive or irrelevant messages while preserving records required for security or legal purposes.
