SECURE RECIPIENT ACCESS

Access your case

Use the case reference and the private access code printed in your Atlantic Image Defense PDF or included in the secure email.

Security notice

The public case number alone never opens a private case. The separate access code is required and becomes invalid when the administrator regenerates or revokes the private portal.

No access code? Contact contact@atlantic-image-defense.com and quote only your case reference. Do not send payment-card or online-banking passwords.

Recipient access and procedural fairness

Secure access allows a recipient to understand and answer a matter without treating access as an admission

The recipient portal is a private communication channel. Entering a reference or submitting a response does not by itself admit ownership, liability, damages, contract, jurisdiction or the accuracy of the requester’s statements.

Security model

A public case reference alone does not open the case. A separate private code is required and can be revoked or regenerated. Repeated failed attempts may be rate-limited and logged.

Recipients should not send banking passwords, unrelated identity documents or sensitive material that is not necessary to answer the matter.

02

Response options

A recipient may provide licence evidence, identify a different responsible entity, correct facts, explain removal or correction, raise an objection, request counsel-to-counsel communication or submit another relevant response.

The system should acknowledge receipt and preserve the response without automatically deciding that it is true or false.

03

Data minimization

The recipient view should expose only information needed to identify and answer the matter. Private contributor records, unrelated images and internal notes should not be disclosed without a lawful reason.

Attachments should be scanned, type-checked, hashed and access-controlled.

04

No coercive interpretation

Failure to use the portal is not automatically evidence of liability. Deadlines and consequences depend on the governing process, contract, platform rules and law.

Any settlement or licence acceptance must be explicit and separately confirmed.
