SECURE RECIPIENT ACCESS

Access your case

Use the case reference and the private access code printed in your Atlantic Image Defense PDF or included in the secure email.

Security notice

The public case number alone never opens a private case. The separate access code is required and becomes invalid when the administrator regenerates or revokes the private portal.

No access code? Contact contact@atlantic-image-defense.com and quote only your case reference. Do not send payment-card or online-banking passwords.

Recipient access and procedural fairness

Secure case access provides a documented channel for evidence, corrections and resolution

The recipient portal is a private, traceable communication channel for reviewing the identified matter, submitting supporting records, correcting material facts and recording a response or resolution proposal.

01

Security model

A public case reference alone does not open the case. A separate private code is required and can be revoked or regenerated. Repeated failed attempts may be rate-limited and logged.

Recipients should not send banking passwords, unrelated identity documents or sensitive material that is not necessary to answer the matter.

02

Response options

A recipient may provide licence evidence, identify a different responsible entity, correct facts, explain removal or correction, raise an objection, request counsel-to-counsel communication or submit another relevant response.

Each submitted response is time-stamped, preserved and routed for documented review against the case record.

03

Data minimization

The recipient view should expose only information needed to identify and answer the matter. Private contributor records, unrelated images and internal notes should not be disclosed without a lawful reason.

Attachments should be scanned, type-checked, hashed and access-controlled.

04

Documented response and escalation standards

If a response is not received by the stated deadline, the matter remains unresolved and may be reviewed for an appropriate further step based on the preserved record, authority, jurisdiction, platform rules and applicable law.

Any settlement or licence acceptance must be explicit and separately confirmed.
