The intake form collects enough information for an initial review. Submission does not mean Atlantic has accepted the case, verified the allegation or agreed to send a notice.
Provide accurate identity and contact information, relationship to the work and authority to act. Representatives should identify the rightsholder and provide the mandate, assignment, agency or estate record where applicable.
Pseudonyms and professional names can be recorded, but the underlying authority may still require confidential verification.
Provide the original or best available source, internal or platform identifiers, creation or first-publication information, contributor records, registrations if any and known licensing history.
Do not alter metadata or manufacture documentation to strengthen a submission.
Provide the full URL, discovery date, visible context, screenshots and an explanation of why the use appears outside known authorization. Identify uncertainty, prior contacts and any urgent risk of disappearance.
Multiple unrelated URLs should be organized rather than pasted without explanation.
The system checks required fields and file safety. A reviewer then assesses authority, completeness, conflicts and scope. The case may be accepted, returned for more information, classified as unsuitable or retained only as an informational record.
No external communication begins without the required human approval.
