1. Good-faith use
Use the platform only for legitimate image-protection, licensing, evidentiary, administrative or response purposes and in good faith.
2. No false rights claims
Do not submit images you do not own, control or have authority to administer; do not fabricate authorship, licences, mandates, publication dates or damages.
3. No harassment or coercion
Do not use Atlantic to threaten unlawful consequences, shame a person publicly, demand unsupported sums, discriminate, harass or bypass an available response process.
4. No malicious or prohibited content
Malware, credential theft, illegal content, unnecessary special-category data, intimate images without a lawful basis, child sexual abuse material and content violating sanctions or export controls are prohibited.
5. Security restrictions
Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, evade rate limits, bypass authorization, access another workspace or test security without prior written authorization.
6. Privacy and minimization
Submit only data needed for the stated purpose. Redact unrelated personal information, use secure channels for identity documents and respect confidentiality, privilege and third-party rights.
7. Recipient conduct
Recipients may contest facts, submit licences and communicate securely. They must not upload altered evidence, impersonate others, reveal private access codes or use the portal to attack Atlantic or another party.
8. Enforcement
Atlantic may remove content, quarantine files, restrict access, preserve logs, request clarification, notify an affected workspace or authority, and terminate service proportionately. Suspected criminal material may be escalated as required by law.
