Plans and service expectations

Capacity and service access do not create a guarantee of findings, recovery or legal outcome

Plans define operational capacity, included tools, usage limits and support scope. They should help users predict cost and workflow without suggesting that paying for a higher plan changes the legal standard applied to a case.

01

What a plan should state clearly

A plan should identify image capacity, team seats, monitoring targets, scan allowances, storage or retention assumptions, support channel, included exports and any separately billed professional service.

Usage limits should be enforced consistently and changes should be communicated before they materially affect active work.

02

No outcome-based promise

Subscription fees pay for access to platform capabilities and defined services, not for a guaranteed match, infringement finding, payment, takedown, settlement or legal victory.

Case acceptance and consequential actions remain subject to completeness, authority, conflicts, lawful purpose and human review.

03

Fair administration

Existing workspaces may have documented overrides. Administrators should be able to see the governing plan, the override, the reason, the effective date and the person who authorized it.

Suspension or termination should preserve evidence and payment records where required, and should distinguish account access from legal retention.

04

Professional services and counsel

Legal advice, forensic acquisition, expert testimony, private investigation or court representation are not implied by a software plan. If available, they require a separate engagement with qualified providers.

Taxes, currency, refunds and consumer rights can vary by location and contract.
