Service architecture

Modular support that follows the maturity of the record

Atlantic’s services are organized as connected modules rather than a promise of enforcement. A creator may need only preservation and licensing review, while another matter may require monitoring, evidence organization, secure recipient response and a factual handoff to counsel.

Choose the service by the question to be answered

Monitoring asks where and how an image appears. Evidence work asks what can be preserved and authenticated. Licensing review asks whether permission may exist and under what terms. Enforcement support asks which proportionate, authorized step may be appropriate. Legal handoff asks what a qualified lawyer needs to assess the matter efficiently.

These questions overlap, but they should not be collapsed into a single automatic conclusion.

02

Common inclusions

Depending on the plan and matter, work may include image intake, metadata extraction, fingerprinting, public-source search, URL and domain recording, screenshot organization, chronology, contact research, recipient portal access, document preparation and status tracking.

The precise scope should be visible in the plan, engagement terms or case record.

03

Common exclusions

Unless separately agreed and lawfully provided, Atlantic does not promise court representation, guaranteed recovery, guaranteed takedown, private-investigator services, unauthorized access, forensic acquisition from devices, tax advice or jurisdiction-specific legal opinions.

A service description is not a representation that every tool or option is appropriate for every case.

04

Human authorization points

Confirmation of a potentially unauthorized use, formal case acceptance, external legal notice, settlement approval, payment confirmation, payout confirmation and permanent deletion remain controlled actions.

Automation may prepare information or identify missing fields, but it does not replace the designated decision-maker.

Legal and institutional references

These links point to official or institutional sources. Their inclusion does not mean that every text applies to every matter.

General information only. Atlantic does not issue judicial determinations, guarantee outcomes or replace counsel licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
